(Business Number 731249086 RC0001), 1055 West Georgia Street, Suite 2100, Vancouver, BC V6E 3P3, Canada ("Pelloravino", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the platform or website, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Platform

Pelloravino provides an intelligent digital platform for data analysis, automated insights and structured information management. Access is available to users who have completed the platform access request process. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Access Requests

Access to the platform is granted at the discretion of Pelloravino following review of a submitted access request. We reserve the right to decline any access request without providing a reason. Submitting an access request does not guarantee platform access.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable Canadian law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to platform systems or other users' data.
  • Upload or submit content that is false, misleading, harmful or unlawful.
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use the platform for any purpose not described in the platform documentation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality on the Pelloravino platform and website — including text, design, code and logos — are the property of Pelloravino Digital Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pelloravino makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Platform outputs represent structured information processing and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Pelloravino Digital Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the relevant claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
